Our property planning services cover all the necessary project planning services from initial design to managing the actual development. We can provide one or more of the following:

Initial Design Consultation
Full measured survey and preparation of drawings showing the existing and proposed building/extensions/alterations
Submitting planning and building control applications with fully detailed drawings to suit
Specification of works
Obtaining quotes from contractors
Contract Administration, as agent for the employer

No one project is the same and our fees are based on an assessment of each project. Normally, a project is divided into three main stages- the planning stage, the building control stage and the construction stage. The fee structure is subsequently divided on a similar basis.

Structural Engineering, Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Planning Supervisor roles, for example, are sourced and can be combined to form the overall package required. The fees incurred by such sourced Professionals do not form part of our own fee structure and are charged directly to the Client.
